5 Steps to Hire a Rock Star Process ServerPosted by admin in Untagged |
|
Hiring a rock star process server is easy when you follow a few simple steps.
1. Credentials - Make sure they have completed all the state requirements to legally provide service of process.
2. Leadership - If their like Judicial -- Having a CEO that has graduated from a top university in Criminal Justice will certainly assure that the level of expertise will be top-notch.
3. Technology - Ask if they have web-tracking and Customer Relation Management System (For great customer service)
4. Capabilities - Can they offer skip tracing, investigations and research if the person you are serving becomes evasive or other situations arise?
5. Support - Can they offer phone, email and after hours support in case of an emergency?
6. Super Heros (Bonus) - If a document becomes difficult to serve will they go at random hours, try to make an appointment, or have the x-men break down the door? (Just kidding about the x-men) But it's always great to have a process serving company that will go out of their way.

Super Hero Process ServersPosted by admin in Untagged |
|
Every once in a while we love to offer our employees some time to dabble away and let their hearts free by working on projects that are not exactly defined as "work". Since we started this early in 2006 we realized our work force was much friendlier and eager to come to work. Anyways, our graphic designer Chris came up with character for Maria during his time. We thought you might like to take a look.

Do you like it? Love it? Should it be trashed? Give us your opinion.. Maybe we'll have him create some others for our lovely cast of process server heros.

Technology Always WinsPosted by admin in Software, Process Server |
|
It Begins: Since we started the service of process (process service) business, using FedEx has been a daily task. FedEx has been our choice because of the ease of use and the ability to track our package every step of the way.
The problem: When I sat down with Chris, our technology guru to conceptualize on ways to increase customer satisfaction he asked me an interesting question. Chris asked "What's the process of serving a legal document, and how was the customer involved?" At the end of our conversation we both realized that our clients we're making too much of an effort to track their job progress.
The Solution: We implemented an easy to use online job tracking system that allows you to view all your jobs and even narrow it down to view specific details. The most impressive feature is how it emails our clients every time we update a job. By using what we learned from FedEx "Keep the customer informed, and make them work less".
