We are a family-owned business currently located in Downtown Miami, established to primarily serve Law Firms, Banks, Insurance and Judgment Recovery Companies. JPS is a leader in the service of process and legal translation industry and as a result, our small, medium and large clients have entrusted us in providing services to their clients involving claims in excess of millions of dollars.

Maria J. Gutierrez is a rare gem in the litigation support industry.

She brings over 30 years of international and domestic legal experience with the nations largest law firms. She understands the issues that arise during a trial and has the experience to propose effective solutions on the fly.

Maria’s purpose in starting Judicial Process & Support was to establish a company that truly understood the needs of law firms. While working at one of the largest international law firms, Maria consistently dealt with misunderstandings between the law firms and the process serving companies that serviced them. That’s why Judicial Process & Support was created.

Is Incorporated

Maria’s first job was in a small law firm in Downtown Miami in the early 1980s. Maria then began working her way up until she reached a paralegal litigation position and then got recruited from one of the largest international law firms in Miami.

It was here where Maria found her passion for legal support services. She consistently dealt with process servers who didn’t understand the needs of the law firms and didn’t offer any international services.

On April 27th, 2000, Maria officially incorporated Judicial Process & Support Inc.

It’s been 10 years since Maria took the leap from working for law firms to pursue her American Dream of being an Entrepreneur.

While our roots began in Domestic Process Serving, we now offer International Process Serving and Legal Translation. We truly have blossomed from our humble beginnings.

ePortal Program
Technology & Training Expansion

Judicial Process & Supports helps train 1,000s of Legal Professionals. On January, 2013, Florida decided to innovate and move into the ePortal system. At the time this was
revolutionary and provided a much more efficient way to upload legal documents to the courthouse.

Judicial identified a much needed service which was training all the legal professionals to use the new ePortal.

Maria, our CEO, has consistently stayed on top of all new technology and advancements made in the legal and translation field. She personally learned how to use the system on her own and developed an entire training package to ensure you could learn from A to Z the entire Florida eFilling system. Judicial Process & Support was the only company in Florida that developed this program.

Thats why JPS is finally moving from its original location in the Biscayne Building to a state of the art facility. We are also in the process of acquiring a translation company in the west coast to better service our customer in California and Washington so we thank you all for supporting the Judicial Family all these years!
